“Whoami”, by Valère Billaud Abstract: In this short presentation, Valère Billaud will introduce himself to the team. He will share his academic background, a few meaningful projects, and his first steps into research. “Cowboys, Shakespeare, and Guns: a short history of how a Coloradan adopts the soul of Breton software”, by Jack Kohav Abstract: This talk focuses on my journey from a software engineer from Colorado, USA to a doctoral candidate in Brittany, France. The presentation will cover my professional origins and experiences in the US, personal interests, and motivation for joining the DiverSE team in Rennes, Brittany. In addition, I will share my current contributions to the CodeCommons and Software Heritage (SWH) efforts on the pathway to the doctoral program at the University of Rennes 1.
