Analysis of trade-offs between precision and energy consumption in mobile app development

Abstract

We’re happy to announce our next DiverSE Coffee featuring Enzo Menegaldo. Enzo is an intern working on the analysis of trade-offs between precision and energy consumption in mobile apps’ development as part of the PROFILE project. Enters Enzo: ‘As I will leave you at the end of the week, I’m going to present you what I have done during the last part of my internship. Collateral resource consumption on mobile devices is a well-known issue that mobile developers are facing. The objective of my internship was to analyze the trade-off between the precision and the resource consumption of mobile applications.
